Our story

Kiran Kumar comes from a village, and he knows how hard it is to learn a skill that pays when most good training is in English and in big cities.

Before Chanakya Growth Lab had a name, Kiran spent years as a freelancer running Meta ads for paying clients, learning from a mentor and seeing first-hand what brings real enquiries and sales, and what only burns money. Five years and more than ₹2 crore of client ad spend later, those lessons became the base of the lab.

Today the lab has two clear paths. Businesses work with Chanakya Scale, our performance marketing consultancy. Learners join ODCH Chanakya, where we teach digital marketing step by step in Odia and English, so that students, job seekers and homemakers from small towns and villages can earn their first income online. Our tagline says what we are for: Dream to Freedom.
